ARTIST'S NOTE

I worked as the hair and hat designer on this show. The Matchmaker takes place in a time period famous for having hunted several species of bird to extinction in order to stuff said birds as hat decorations, so needless to say, I had my work cut out for me. Kathy and I agreed that none of the characters in the show seemed particularly inclined toward that sort of style, so my creations really got to shine in the millinery scene in Act 2.
